Based in Saudi Arabia we are an architectural company specializing in residential and commercial buildings, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage an architectural project from concept to completion
-Develop, manage and ensure fulfillment of project schedules, scopes and budgets, as well as ensuring its total feasibility
-Resolve design and construction issues promptly
-Ensure resource availability and allocation
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
-Report and escalate to management as needed
-Establish and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and contractors
–Facilitate project meetings and presentations
-Ensure quality control and adherence to project goals
Our ideal candidates would have:
-Minimum 8 years’ experience in architectural project management
-Master degree in Architecture is a plus
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Proven ability to manage budget, multiple timelines and multidisciplinary teams
-Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
-Strong writing and communication English skills
-Collaborative team player with exceptional creative and design skills
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is also a plus
